\nThe Senior Consultant, Executive Communications will be responsible for crafting compelling written narratives that elevate the profile of Baylor Scott & White Health and its leadership. This role requires a proactive writer who can identify opportunities to add value and align communications with the organization’s strategic objectives. The individual will create a range of content, including award nominations, executive speeches, and leader communications, to amplify the organization’s customer-centric vision.
\nIn addition to strong writing skills, the role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
\nPOSITION LEVEL:
\nSenior Marketing PR Consultant
\nPRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
\nExecutive Speaker Requests and Briefing Materials: Manage executive speaking engagements, crafting tailored materials such as talking points, remarks, and briefing documents to ensure alignment and clarity.
\nLeader Engagement: Identify communication needs within the leadership team and develop content for internal and external audiences. Ensure materials on the Senior Leader Network (SLN) platform are engaging, relevant, and easily accessible.
\nExecutive and System Recognitions: Lead the writing and submission of award nominations, ensuring content highlights the organization’s successes and leadership. Proactively identify new recognition opportunities that align with strategic goals.
\nFact Sheets, Backgrounders, and Resources: Update and maintain key communication assets like fact sheets and executive profiles. Regularly assess and enhance content to better reflect the organization’s priorities and strategic direction.
\nGeneral Support: Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of written materials. Contribute to process improvements, tools, and content to amplify the impact of executive communications. Provide ad-hoc writing and editorial support as needed across the organization.

REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
\nBachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
\nEXPERIENCE:
\nAt least 5 years of experience in communications, marketing, or project management, with a focus on executive communications or public relations.
