JOB PURPOSE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Sourcing: Develop and implement procurement strategies for marketing materials and services across Asia.Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors for marketing services.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure the best terms and conditions for the company.Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and financial plans.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, finance, and other internal teams to align procurement activities with business goals.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and identify potential new suppliers.Compliance: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.EXPERIENCES & QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Experience: 2-5 years of experience in marketing procurement or a similar role, preferably within the FMCG sector.Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical, and project management skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.We take pleasure seriously.
