The Starbucks Reserve Marketing Producer role contributes to Starbucks Reserve success by leading creative production for the marketing team, managing the development and implementation of moderately to highly complex communications programs or projects to support the business. 

This role will report into the group manager, Starbucks Reserve Marketing and is responsible for partnering with creative agencies, account managers and multiple business partners to prioritize and deliver high quality print, digital, and interactive creative campaigns, website content management and in-store promo materials, including menus and signage.

As a Starbucks Reserve Marketing Producer, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Creative Production and Execution - Lead creative production plans for the Starbucks Reserve marketing team, manages execution, and measures results:

Manages moderately to highly complex program or project work including but not limited to seasonal campaigns, brand campaigns, menus, signage and website content.   Tracks creative production budget and proactively communicates to manager for approval along the way. Manages multiple projects at once, ensuring that projects meet specified timelines and deliver expected results Manages and monitors program or project schedules for the Starbucks Reserve Marketing team, progress and costs to ensure that expected results are delivered on time and within budget. Maintains, adjusts and updates project plans as needed. Consolidates, communicates, and ensures resolution of all issues. Escalates issues to direct manager as necessary. Educates cross-functional teams on working relationship with Starbucks Reserve Marketing team, explaining roles and responsibilities, process, and budgeting. Partners and collaborates with assigned creative vendors and production team to ensure programs and projects deliver against goals and objectives and meet/exceed Starbucks Reserve brand standards. Presents creative work to internal teams and leadership throughout process.

Planning and Collaboration – Provides functional expertise and executes functional responsibilities:

Communicates, supports and recommends processes for improving creative production processes, cross functional communication, work integration and teamwork between partners from cross-functional departments. Manages relationship with internal and external groups to develop overall strategies and processes to complete work that meets/exceeds Starbucks Reserve brand standards. Serves as primary contact for moderately to highly complex client work and manages program or project through entire process to completion. Identifies and tracks success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and to integrate into future initiatives. Informs/elevates to direct manager.

We’d love to hear from people with:

5-7 years of experience in the following areas:

Functional expertise within Agency or in-house Creative Project management and creative production experience Relationship management with business partners Strategic creative production planning and execution

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong analytical skills Creative problem-solving skills Knowledge of marketing program development and implementation Knowledge of marketing communications or integrated marketing Technical knowledge of the following programs 
o    Microsoft Office Suite
o    Workfront
o    Smartsheet
o    Website CMS

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above.  For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.  At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
