THE OPPORTUNITY
Aritzia is growing and our Photo & Video Production team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering photo and video assets that showcase Aritzia in an aspirational and brand-propelling way. You will play a pivotal role in producing best-in-class photography and videography for our online Catalogue, ensuring it is delivered on-time, within budget, and aligned with both creative and business objectives. THE ROLE
As the Producer/Associate Producer, Photo & Video Production, you will lead the team to:
Plan the production of quality content, on time, on budget, at the right location and with the right peopleCoordinate the elements of a shoot inclusive of booking, travel, shipping, supplies, call sheets, logistics and set & prop procurementManage the execution of a shoot inclusive of set up & tear down, onsite coordination, shot list management, troubleshooting, people management, shoot experience, quality assurance, and asset managementManage post-production quality and timelinessManage the legal and financial components of a shootProvide an operationally seamless photo and video production experienceWork with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experienceTHE QUALIFICATIONS
The Producer/Associate Producer, Photo & Video Production, has:
Proven skills, certifications, education and/or experience in production (agency or in-house preferred), photography, videography, and project managementA commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partnersA commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the businessTHE COMPENSATION
The typical hiring range for this position is $80,000–$100,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
