Creates and implements specific marketing programs and market launch plans, etc. and completes a range of general marketing operations (i.e. analyses, campaigns) for an assigned organizational unit or a related product portfolio.Marketing Strategy and Planning:
- Develops and implements comprehensive marketing strategies for the mobile C-arm product line, targeting healthcare facilities, surgeons, and radiology professionals including market research and KPI development to measure success and optimize campaigns
- Advises business accountable management of the unit in all Marketing related issues (e.g. product pricing, positioning, etc.).
- Contributes to units' budget planning and completes Marketing related reportings.
Product Marketing:
- Crafts compelling value propositions and messaging that highlight the benefits and differentiators
- Collaborates with the sales team and customers to ensure the marketing material is resonating
- Conducts training sessions for the sales team to enhance product knowledge and pitch effectiveness
Content Creation and Management:
- Designs and executes content strategies, including brochures, whitepapers, videos, and case studies
- Manages digital marketing campaigns across SEO, email, and social media to generate leads and drive engagement
- Oversees website updates to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and brand identity
Event & Trade Show Management:
- Plans and manages participation in industry conferences, trade shows, and webinars
- Coordinates booth design, promotional materials, and product demonstrations
- Analyzes event performance and ROI, leveraging insights for future planning
Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Works closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
- Engages with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare influencers to build brand advocacy
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
- 5+ years of experience in clinical sales, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of the mobile C-arm market or imaging technology including the partnership landscape
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management
- Exceptional communication, project management, and analytical skills
