Marketing Program Manager
Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our team. This role will drive collaboration, align stakeholders, and program manage Tier 1 campaigns and events, ensuring they are executed on time, within scope, and on budget, while delivering a seamless experience for all involved.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign and Event Program Management:

Program Manage impactful marketing campaigns and events, including product launches, customer engagement initiatives, and key brand events.

Coordinate the end-to-end logistics for campaigns and events, from concept to execution.

Create detailed project plans, timelines, and task lists to ensure efficient and effective execution across all campaign and event elements.

Stakeholder Management:

Executive presence with the ability to confidently interact, influence, and present to senior leadership and stakeholders.

Collaborate with internal teams– partners, creative, email, demand gen, social, product marketing, as well as vendors to ensure cohesive brand presentation and alignment with marketing objectives across campaigns and events.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all campaign and event-related inquiries and coordination.We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our team. Analytics and Reporting:

Contribute to assessment of campaign and event performance through data analysis, feedback, and ROI metrics.

Lead the preparation of comprehensive reports on campaign and event outcomes to inform strategy and optimize future programs.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Foster a collaborative environment within the marketing team and across departments.

Work closely with operations and leadership teams to ensure alignment with organizational standards and to provide feedback on optimizing these standards and processes.

Required Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in campaign and program management within a marketing organization.

Proven track record in campaign planning, program management, or experiential marketing.

Strong program management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, understanding various program management frameworks and tooling, expert level in Asana and Google suite.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage unexpected challenges with a calm and solution-oriented approach.

Proficient in campaign management software and digital and virtual event platforms.

The US annualized base salary range for this position is $112,000.00-$168,000.00. This position may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, or related incentives. While this range reflects the minimum and maximum value for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations, the offer for the successful candidate for this position will be based on job related capabilities, applicable experience, and other factors such as work location. Please note that the compensation details listed in US role postings reflect the base salary only (or OTE for commissions based roles), and do not include bonus, benefits, or related incentives.
