Marketing Program Manager

At Alorica, we exist to make lives better…one interaction at a time by creating insanely great customer experiences. We’re looking for a talented Marketing Program Manager to join our growing Global Marketing Organization to enhance our event experience. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing effective events that promote Alorica to our clients, sales prospects, and industry influencers globally. 

Not only will you need an exceptional event management background with an emphasis leveraging data driven industry and key consumer insights to create fresh, innovative experiential marketing initiatives, but also excellent executional skills to get it done.

Since you’re a team player, it will also mean working collaboratively with Marketing Strategy, Creative, PR, Sales & Client teams to identify, design, implement effective and engaging event experiences.

Responsibilities: 

End-to-end event management from strategic vision to tactical execution Lead the strategic planning of the annual and quarterly events calendar and budget Plan, execute, and handle all aspects of conference sponsorships and Alorica-owned events Direct pre-event operations, including venue selection, budget creation and forecasting, excellent contract negotiation, booth preparations, event staffing, ordering collateral and promotional items, purchasing and shipping supplies, housing and travel coordination, on-site services, etc. Work with the Marketing Strategy team to plan and execute the pre, during, and post event amplification, content, and thought leadership Handle individual event budgets and ROI analysis that summarize the brand exposure and generated pipeline post event Manage external vendor relationships, including negotiating budgets and contracts Work closely with internal teams to ensure each event meets the overall goals of the company

Qualifications: 

Experience leading and executing event participation/sponsorship contracts and then fulfilling the deliverables, including booth selection, lead retrieval, bag drops, advertisements, etc. Experience managing the multi-channel event experience to boost event engagement and return on investment, including email, web, and social marketing programs Superb organization skills and be deadline and schedule oriented, yet able to flex with dynamically changing priorities Demonstrated ability to be poised and effective during high-pressure situations; ability to anticipate issues and have (or quickly develop) contingency plans 3-5 years of successful event marketing experience for B2B industry Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, and event management platforms a plus Travel: Approximately 2-3 events per quarter
