Job Summary / Purpose

The responsibility of the Marketing Project Coordinator is to manage the production of marketing creative and marketing projects, including the intaking requests, establishing priorities, increasing collaboration, and creating  operational efficiencies. This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach to project management handling multiple work streams across diverse marketing programs.

Essential Key Job Responsibilities

Intake and manage requests from stakeholders for marketing projects, content, creative, and assets, digital campaigns, martech enablement, and other marketing-related workManage marketing projects from start to finish, including project entry, tracking, documentation, timelines, status, maintenance, communications, forecasting, and invoicing in work department-approved planning toolsProvide end-to-end project management for prioritized marketing programsWork with project owners to scope project requirements, align internal and external partners, and prepare budgets and contractsDevelop a detailed project plan,monitor project progress, and escalate issues as appropriateCollaborate across internal teams and external partners/teams to design, develop, and implement marketing projectsDeliver projects on time ensuring quality standards are metDevelop supporting project documentation including risk logs and requirement specificationsCommunicate with the stakeholders and ensure all members are on board with delegated tasksHighlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issuesSeek opportunities for improvement and suggest new projectsOptimize resources and outcomes through efficient planning and project managementProactively manage project collaborators by building strong partnerships and providing clear and concise project updatesAnticipate and understand the needs of stakeholders to deliver project objectives while also managing expectations and offering realistic solutions
Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of relevant experience performing the above mentioned duties.Experience in traffic/production management Solid understanding of creative development processes Experience withAdobe MarTech Stack (AEM, AEP, RTCDP, Marketo, CJA, AJO, AdCloud, Creative Suite) preferredExperience managing projects related to digital marketing including web, automation/email, tagging, SEO, branding, content creation, digital marketing campaigns through paid and unpaid channels, and analytics and reportingAwareness of digital trendsProven track record of inheriting and improving existing processes and implementing models of workUnderstanding of data-driven marketing strategy, planning, budget allocation and organizational alignment experience Experience in optimizing creative and contentExperience working with Google’s desktop publishing tools such as Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc
