We are looking for a Marketing Project Lead to join our marketing team in Tallinn, Estonia. 

Main responsibilities

Lead marketing projects, including industry events, covering planning, budgeting, execution, and proactive communication Identify brand-specific needs and coordinate with designers to develop concepts Conduct brand audits and ensure alignment with the CVI for a unified brand identity Take responsibility for the bi-weekly Group Internal Newsletter, including content planning, gathering information, writing updates, and editing Provide daily support for the website by publishing news, updating pages, and coordinating with website developers Coordinate rebranding projects, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders and adhering to timelines and action plans

 

Main Requirements

Excellent project management skills Fluent in English, both written and spoken Proactive mindset with a get-things-done attitude Highly organized and structured—able to stick to deadlines, follow up, and ensure accountability Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Attention to detail Good eye for design and aesthetics
