As the Marketing Project Lead, you contribute to added customer value, a strong brand and increased sales by project management within Customer Activation. The role involves leading diverse projects in the sales market, from openings and closures to omni communications, collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with goals. You are responsible for optimizing projects by incorporating relevant insights, actively engaging stakeholders and maintaining close communication with key collaborators. You ensure all customer/consumer-facing touchpoints are on-brand and executed in a holistic way.

Key responsibilities
You lead and steer diverse projects, including openings, closures, and omni communications, aligning goals with cross-functional counterparts and optimizing projects with relevant insights.Plan, execute and monitor projects effectively, setting clear objectives, timelines, managing budgets and ensuring milestones are met.Set, follow up and report on KPIs and objectives connected to project responsibility, showing the connection to added customer value and selling when possible, applying paid, owned and earned media strategies and tactics to the project.Reach and engage our customers in all touchpoints by ensuring a close-to-customer approach alongside all relationship phases while ensuring that the H&M brand guidelines and policies are met.QualificationsTo be successful in the role as Marketing Project Lead, you should have strong commercial focus and are insight- and data-driven with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals. What you need to succeed:
Marketing, Communications or business degree/relevant qualifications.Experienced project management within marketing and communications, in both digital and traditional channels.Customer-centric approach and ability to deliver omnichannel solutions.Deep knowledge of setting and following up on KPIs to demonstrate return of investment.Ability to lead and align cross-functional teams to deliver on shared goals.Excellent communication skills, including fluent written and spoken English and Korean. Knowledge in other languages is meriting.Additional InformationThis is a full-time contract opportunity, reporting to the Regional Strategy & Planning Manager.
