A Fortune 500 client is looking to add a Digital Project Manager to support its digital marketing team. This person will work as a liaison between marketing, technology and external agency partners to efficiently execute consumer-centric brand marketing programs across websites, apps and other owned digital platforms.
This person must be:
Agile in his or her approach to project management.
Collaborative and foster a productive team environment.
Self-motivated and not require guidance to initiate standard assignments once properly trained.
Highly organized and comfortable in a fast-paced environment where he or she must be able to prioritize various workstreams.
Comfortable delivering clear and concise written and verbal communication and take the initiative to share information across all relevant stakeholders.
Able to identify when process change is needed and feel comfortable making recommendations to the broader team.
Driven to be a part of best-in-class digital marketing programs.
Responsibilities:
Liaise with the business and all relevant stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations; act as intermediary between all relevant stakeholders, including Marketing Digital Engagement Managers, Agencies, IT Product Owners, IT Scrum Masters, IT DevOps Architects and Engineers, Service Providers, QA, and Consumer Care.
Assist in the development of detailed project plans ensuring the objectives, scope, deliverables, quality assurance checks and timelines are properly communicated between all relevant parties.
Assign tickets created in Azure Dev Ops and monitor tickets for progress and blockers. Provide regular updates on project status, milestones, and any changes.
Manage expectations and work with relevant stakeholders to resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Organize and host weekly digital stakeholders call with the business, Martech and all digital agency partners.
Manage content calendar for owned digital properties, including the website and app.
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
Manage stakeholder access to internal tools and platforms.
Documents user requirements & digital solutions.
Creates and maintains user and support reference guides.
Troubleshoots non-technical issues.
Compensation:
$55/hr to $60/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
