Job Duties: Support the planning, coordination, and tracking of various marketing deliverables Work closely with the Business Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Marketing Communications team Manage timelines, coordinate resources, and communication to ensure seamless project delivery Define project scope, goals and deliverables to support business goals in collaboration with all stakeholders Liaise with project stakeholders on a weekly basis Determine and assess need for additional staff or consultants and make appropriate staffing adjustments during project cycle Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path Collaborate with the marketing team to define project scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with business objectives Coordinate and manage project schedules, resources, and deliverables to ensure timely execution of campaigns and initiatives Communicate project progress, updates, and any potential issues to internal stakeholders and team members on a weekly basis Track project performance, milestones ensuring that projects remain on time, within scope, and within budget This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their project management career in a marketing environment.
