Marketing Project Manager
Our Client, a Biotech company, is looking for a Marketing Project Manager for their Warren, MI/Remote location. Responsibilities: + Assist in managing the project schedules for every campaign and project in the queue for the company + Project Manage the activities of agency resources in line with business objectives of new products coming to market + Ensure quality and timely delivery of critical path products and services + Establish and maintain quality metrics and guidelines + Implement process and system improvements including integration with other functional areas + Manage and track budgets for each agency partner monthly for all of the company’s marketing efforts. + Communicate with agency partners on timelines and objectives to meet the expectations of the business need. + Responsible for collaborating with internal stakeholders for our commercial software products to keep projects moving and become a subject matter expert on our brand and marketing process. Requirements + Adept at the development of schedule, cost and risk management strategies + Experienced implementing project management within various customer organizations and + environments + Identifies and recommends project management tools + Proactively identifies risk, provides analysis and contingency planning + Minimal of 7 years Agency Experience + Minimal of 5 years Project Management experience + Minimal of 5 years Business/Industry Knowledge + Looking for an experienced Marketing Project Manager with a minimum of 5-7yrs of Project management and account management experience - actively managing marketing and advertising projects. + The candidates PM experience should involve directly interfacing with clients, agency partners, internal stakeholders and cross collaborative efforts. + Experience working on and managing the status of project related information to report out to our GTM business teams. + In addition, we are looking for someone who has experience managing and tracking budgets. + The candidate should also be adaptive to ever-changing business/project priorities. + Ultimately, we would like an eager, ambitious PM looking to learn and grow while also bringing valuable knowledge as a communicative task master. + Other preferences for this candidate would be Marketing and/or Automotive Experience, Agency experience and budget management + PMI or PMP Training or certification would be a plus. + This position will report into the Asst Marketing Manager and work closely with the company’s business team + Required Education/Training: Minimal education is a Bachelor’s degree Top 3 must-have hard skills: + Experience using project management trackers. + Experience working with agency partners + Minimal of 5 years Project Management experience Why Should You Apply? + Health Benefits + Referral Program + Excellent growth and advancement opportunities As an equal opportunity employer, ICONMA provides an employment environment that supports and encourages the abilities of all persons without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or express, ethnicity, national origin, age, disability status, political affiliation, genetics, marital status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
