The Crown Is Yours

As a Marketing and Promotions Specialist, you'll become the go-to expert for our bonus and promotional tools, playing a key role in shaping the success of our newest product, Pick 6. Working within a dynamic team, you’ll collaborate with Marketing and Creative teams to deliver a seamless and engaging site experience that drives new user growth and retention. Leveraging data and operational calendars, you'll influence promotional strategies and curate site content that resonates with various user cohorts.

What you’ll do as a Pick6 Marketing & Promotions Specialist

Be the subject matter expert on new and cross-sell user cohort behavior, driving the execution of all offers and messages to reach these cohorts.

Develop the learning agenda and experiment approach to enable our new user and lifecycle promotion strategy.

Oversee idea generation and offer innovation, vetting, development, and go-to-market planning for offers, promotions, and sitewide marketing themes. 

Partner with Operations, Marketing, and other product verticals to ensure quality execution of promotions and effective cross-sell merchandising and messaging.

Work closely with Product, Customer Experience, Fraud, and Risk teams to enhance promotional capabilities, improve customer experience, and incorporate feedback into future plans.

Own creative brief requests for promotions and ensure timely delivery of assets.

Work closely with the Analytics team to institute data-driven decisions on promotion mechanics, offer generosity, and user journeys. 

Lead cross-functional planning rituals that focus on increasing word-of-mouth reach for the Pick6 product.

What you'll bring

At least 3 years in Gaming or Consumer Tech roles with significant online and mobile volume.

Proven ability to understand the customer and advocate for player interest.

Experience in developing promotions and offers, preferably for Fantasy Sports or Gaming consumers.

Proficient understanding of direct response marketing tactics and media approaches.

Data-driven and strategic mindset with a deep understanding of the real money gaming landscape.

Ability to work independently or with a team in a fast-paced, results-driven and dynamic environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 76,000.00 USD - 95,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The compensation information displayed on each job posting reflects the range for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
