Position Overview:
The Marketing & Public Relations Manager is a pivotal role at Huntington Place, reporting to the Director of Marketing and overseeing the Senior Digital Graphic Designer and Social Media Producer. This position is responsible for shaping and implementing marketing, communications, and public relations strategies to enhance the organization’s image, support business objectives, and drive audience engagement. The manager will work collaboratively across departments to create impactful marketing campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and lead media relations efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and public relations plans aligned with organizational goals.Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to ensure strategic alignment across all initiatives.Manage and mentor the Senior Digital Graphic Designer and Social Media Producer, fostering a high-performing team.Media & Public Relations:Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and key stakeholders to amplify Huntington Place’s brand and events.Author and distribute press releases, media kits, and public statements.Act as a liaison for media presence on-site and coordinate interview opportunities with leadership.Marketing Campaigns:Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including videos, brochures, and promotional kits.Partner with the Senior Digital Graphic Designer to ensure visually compelling content for digital and print mediums.Collaborate with the Social Media Producer to curate dynamic social media campaigns and maintain a strong digital presence.Brand Management:Ensure consistency in messaging and brand identity across all platforms and initiatives.Develop and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external communications.Digital Innovation:Optimize digital assets to support revenue generation and lead generation.Leverage analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing strategies and identify areas for improvement.Event Promotion:Collaborate with internal teams to promote events, increase attendance, and engage community stakeholders.Provide creative direction for event-related marketing collateral.Sustainability Initiatives:Integrate sustainability messaging into marketing efforts and collaborate with the Huntington Place Green Committee on related campaigns.Performance Measurement:Track and report ROI on marketing initiatives, leveraging data-driven insights to refine strategies.Qualifications:
