The Marketing Recruiter for the Master’s in Artificial Intelligence (AI) program will be responsible for developing and executing strategic recruitment and marketing initiatives aimed at attracting high-quality applicants to the AI master’s degree program. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI trends, higher education marketing, and student recruitment strategies. This role is key to ensuring the program meets its enrollment goals while maintaining the academic standards of the university.
Responsibilities Execute a comprehensive recruitment plan to attract a diverse pool of applicants for the Master’s in AI program.Identify and attend relevant recruitment events, webinars, and other events to promote the program.Collaborate with the admissions team to achieve enrollment targets.Outreach: Engage prospective students in the inquiry, application and enrollment process in order to improve yield and retention of prospective enrollments.Relationship Management: Develop relationships with potential applicants, guiding them through the admission process and answering questions about the program.Build partnerships with tech companies, educational institutions, and online communities related to AI to enhance outreach.Act as a liaison between prospective students and the faculty to ensure a seamless admission process.Data and Reporting: Track and report on recruitment performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and enrollment numbers.Monitor trends in AI education and marketing to stay ahead of the competition and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. QualificationsEducation/ Experience
Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).Experience in marketing, student recruitment, or higher education admissions.Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or other advanced technology sectors is a plus.Proven success in executing marketing strategies and recruitment campaigns.Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills: Experience with higher education recruitment, specifically in STEM fields.Familiarity with AI/tech industry trends and key players.Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimizing marketing campaigns.Travel
