Job Summary:

We are currently looking for a Marketing Rep who embodies our work ethic to join our supportive team at our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Memphis, Tennessee. As our Marketing Representative, you will work closely with our talented clinic leaders to grow patient referrals at each location by building and maintaining physician and physician office staff relationships.

Job Responsibilities:
Networks with physicians, physician's staff, the local community, and businesses in your targeted territories.Identifies potential referral sources and introduces them to our services, providers, and processes.Maintains current referral sources.Participates in various sales training and planning meetings to learn about new providers, services, and marketing promotions and share information about sales goals.Job Requirements:
A minimum of one full year of direct sales experience, preferably in the medical arenaKnowledge of CRMs like SalesforceSolid knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to communicate effectively with and understand the needs of others in a sales relationshipA high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goalsExcellent oral presentation skills and the ability to think quickly to apply facts in analyzing a problem and explaining that answer to a group of medical technicians and cliniciansExceptional multi-tasking skillsStrong problem-solving skillsSocial media management experienceKnowledge of Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram platforms is required
