GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:
ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities has an excellent and immediate opening for a Marketing & Sales Coordinator at the Pensacola Bay Center. This position, by performing personally or through subordinates and under the general supervision of the Sr. Marketing & Sales Manager, will provide professional client services support in the planning, organization, and management of all aspects for the venue marketing plan, sponsorship sales, advertising, media promotions, social media campaigns and group sales within the facility, while interacting with clients, facility staff and related personnel to assure all venue and client needs are fulfilled.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a creative director and work along with staff and/or outside advertising agencies to develop all collateral.Identify, develop, and present sponsorship opportunities including, but not limited to, all signage and event inventory, all promoted activities inside and/or outside the facility.Work with departments to create marketing and promotion plans to increase revenue for the facility.Evaluate current marketing and sponsorships to ensure return on investment and efficient use of assets.Annually assist in producing collateral such as marketing plans, year-end recaps, client parties, etc.Directs the public relations image of the building of the facility, while establishing and maintaining working relationships with media and industry influencers.Maintain current competency with trends in the industry for the local, regional, and national markets.Responsible for maintaining and developing new ideas related to the website, mobile apps, social media, advertising/media opportunities and promotional items.In coordination with the Sr. Manager of Marketing and Events, acts as a liaison with the general public.Collects data regarding social media insights to see where there can be improvement to provide information to the community regarding the facility and upcoming events.QUALIFICATIONS:

Marketing, Public Relations or Sales in entertainment industry or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience requiredHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED) requiredBachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations or related field preferredCorporate Sponsorship Sales experience preferredSupervisory experience preferredExposure to and familiarity with similar facility environmentCOMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should demonstrate skills in Windows, Mac, MS Office, Adobe Suite, Website Maintenance, Basic HTML knowledge, Social Media Platforms, Digital Content Creation and Delivery.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
Possessing any licenses, certificates, or training required by local, state, or national authorities for performance of job duties and responsibilities at the facility is preferred.
