Position Summary:
Summary of essential job functions:
Responsible for the marketing of all our products and services offered Responsible for bringing in sales on all products and services offered Responsible for keeping social media platforms updated with new and relevant content Primary responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients Identify and contact all potential clients related to the industry. This includes landscapers, wholesalers, civil project managers, private sector, etc. Prepare action plans to engage with new possible clients Schedule time to market products and services to potential clients Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity and cold calling Build relationship with current and potential clients to understand their needs and to investigate the potential for more sales and services to be rendered Prepare presentations, proposals, quotations and sales contracts Develop knowledge on products on the products and services rendered and investigate and report on new trends in the industry Daily and weekly reporting and feedback to management on sales and marketing activities. Continuous follow up on current and potential clients Identify and resolve client concerns Communication with all staff members to accomplish the work required to close sales. Develop and implement an effective social media strategy Maintain consistent brand messaging across all social media platforms Produce visually appealing and informative content that resonates with audience Assist with administration functions as required Job requirements:
Fluent in English & Afrikaans Experience in the Landscaping or building industry - Knowledge on products and services rendered are a 100% requirement Experience in Sales & Marketing Rendering design visual presentations to clients Experience in managing social content on all social media platforms Driver's License Code EB Own vehicle
