Join us in our journey of measuring progress to power human progress worldwide. **Position Overview:** Be a part of ETS's impactful journey through our Global Marketing & Innovation (GMI) Internship Program. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in customer-centric, strategic projects within your assigned department, providing a comprehensive understanding of ETS’s business operations and insights into our industry’s evolving landscape. The Marketing Science Intern will collaborate with the Marketing Science team to support customer insights, competitive intelligence, product testing, and database analytics projects. Working closely with mentors and cross-functional teams, the intern will:? + Create and refine research materials such as questionnaires, discussion guides, and forms + Conduct market and competitor analysis to derive actionable insights + Prepare final deliverables, including PowerPoint presentations and business recommendations + Contribute to projects across GMI, working with teams from various business units, subsidiaries, and regions **Program Details:** This paid, hybrid internship is expected to begin in early June 2025 and last 8 weeks. Interns must be able to work from our U.S.-based office in Princeton, New Jersey. **Required Skills:** + Strong analytical and research skills for deriving actionable insights + Familiarity with data visualization and statistical tools (e.g., Tableau, Excel, SPSS) + Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings + Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data analysis and documentation + Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with survey design and analysis tools + Understanding of customer insights, market research, and competitive intelligence + Interest in leveraging data to influence business decisions + Basic knowledge of data analytics software (e.g., Python, R) **Required Education:** Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in one of the following fields: + Marketing + Business Administration + Data Science + Economics + Statistics + Psychology (focus on consumer behavior) **Preferred Education:** Graduate students pursuing: + Master’s in Marketing or Marketing Analytics + Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing or Data Analytics **ETS is mission driven and action oriented** + Diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging is at the forefront of the ETS employee's daily work.
