Marketing Science Senior Analyst

As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst, your curiosity never ends. The next question is always on your mind, helping you to understand how marketing science fits in the big picture of a project. You bring in 3 to 5 years of experience, leading marketing science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives and focusing on at least two of the following areas: tracking and measurement, creative optimization, creative and/or media reporting, data visualization, testing and evaluation, or data integration. You have experience using data analytics to recommend solutions to improve Digital marketing performance, enjoy collaborating with others, and are capable of directly communicating business insights to clients through logical, easy-to-understand stories. 

 

You will: 

Provide actionable insights by deeply understanding the client’s business and industry.  Design, build, and automate analyses, reports, dashboards, and other deliverables.  Lead the ideation, development, and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks.  Gather data through various third-party platforms and ensure compliance with data governance protocols.  Provide work direction to associate analysts and analysts.  Occasionally contribute analytics content for pitch materials and requests for proposals.  Provide thought leadership for creative optimization  Collaborate with the strategy team on audience recommendations tied to dynamic creative optimization executions  Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement 

 

You have: 

Advance English level (B2+) 3+ years of experience in digital analytics, with a proven track record of unraveling data mysteries and driving actionable insights.  Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with strong verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrated experience presenting to internal or external stakeholders.  Expertise with at least two: dynamic creative optimization platforms, innovative/media optimization, automated data ingestion + reporting, testing and personalization, data visualization, and digital media platforms/ecosystem.  Experience with one or more visualization platforms (e.g.: Tableau, Domo, PowerBI, etc.).  An understanding of the media landscape, including the ability to determine which channels are most appropriate based on business objectives and experience using the data to make recommendations.   Digital Media/Marketing:  Reporting or analytics experience with at least 2 media platforms (e.g.: Google Campaign Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Insights, Search Ads 360, etc.).  An understanding of the most appropriate Digital Marketing channels based on business objectives and experience using data analytics to make recommendations and demonstrate the value of analytics.  An understanding of the media landscape, media planning, and each channel's role.  An understanding of traditional advertising and how it is planned and executed.  Experience with Market Research techniques and how they can be leveraged to support Digital Marketing initiatives.   B.S. degree in a quantitative or technical field. Including but not limited to economics, mathematics, business, finance, social sciences, computer science, and information management. M.S. degree preferred.
