Marketing Senior Analyst

About the role The Marketing Analyst is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing strategies with the objective of increasing brand visibility, attracting leads and driving conversion to the brand. This role involves managing digital media campaigns, point of sale, events, creating relevant content and monitoring campaigns to measure performance. What you need In terms of education, knowledge and skills, the requirements we consider are: Professional degree in careers such as commercial engineering. Journalism, advertising, or others related to the objective and functions of the position. Experience with event planning and managing. Experience managing external agencies that provide marketing products such as merchandising and graphic content, ensuring proper delivery and quality. Advanced English level: Able to communicate appropriately in written form and understanding at conversation or meeting level. Creative thinking and ability to generate new ideas that capture the attention of the target audience and strengthen engagement. Excellent written and verbal skills to develop and deliver clear and effective messages. Ability to work in a dynamic environment, meeting new challenges with speed and agility. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and relationship management with internal and external stakeholders. What you will be doing Market Research: perform market analysis to identify opportunities for expansion and improvements in current business lines, focusing on the needs and behaviors of the digital consumer. Event planning and coordination, managing the relationship with providers to ensure proper delivery and quality. Support the creation and execution of marketing plans, as well as, content strategies on official owned channels, ensuring consistency with brand voice and tone. Manage communications, including newsletters, press releases, website, and campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and report insights. Collaborate with internal and external teams to implement promotional initiatives across business lines. Work with Sales, Products, and Insurance teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.
