Location This position is 100% remote; t his position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events. Salary Range $58,300 - $63,000 Overview Marketing/Social Coordinator- We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing / Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator is an essential part of the Marketing Team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the flow of projects and communication throughout the team and cross-functionally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing asset workflow, managing online scheduling for social media, updating dashboards, creating content, and coordinating cross-functional meetings. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of our marketing strategies and enhancing our brand presence across various platforms. In this role, the Marketing Coordinator will also take a prominent position to ensure needs are being met. This position requires a strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to move flawlessly between strategic conversations to tactical implementation. The Marketing Coordinator role is an entry level position within the company and often leads to increasing responsibilities and commensurate roles. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinator + Asset Workflow Management: + Oversee the creation, approval, and distribution of marketing assets. + Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all marketing materials. + Social Media Scheduling: + Manage and schedule social media posts across all platforms. + Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries. + Dashboard Updates: + Maintain and update marketing dashboards with the latest metrics and KPIs. + Generate reports to track the performance of marketing campaigns. + Content Creation: + Develop and curate content for LinkedIn, internal celebrations, and quarterly marketing recaps (Requires being in the field to capture images and video for events, etc.) + Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and relevant content from all marketing tactics. + Cross-Functional Meetings: + Schedule and coordinate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and collaboration. + Prepare agendas and take minutes during meetings. + Marketing Requests Workflow: + Oversee the workflow for incoming marketing requests. + Prioritize and delegate tasks to ensure timely completion. + Additional Responsibilities: + Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events and campaigns. + Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media and marketing. + Support the marketing team with various administrative tasks as needed.
