Job Description:Research- Competitor benchmarking, algorithm, boosting, trend and social-first swag research. 

Analysis- learn how to pull reports in our social tool, analyze data, and present out in a digestible manner (ex: being in charge of the weekly social performance read outs Amanda and I do in our 1:1s). I think this will be really beneficial to him/her. I learned SO much when I first started doing these, and still learn a lot!Campaign Execution- support in the Beat the Freeze campaign management and cross-functional coordination. They will see a social campaign with the Braves from start to finish! Lots of tactics for this one (paid media, social, radio, ballys, press release, etc), so this will be great exposure to lots of different areas of marketing for the intern!
Agency Coordination- be a part of agency meetings and support where we see fit. (ex: encourage him/her to provide feedback on the creative decks, etc)Guest Engagement- use our FSSK TOV to respond to guests on social. I think this one is more than just responding to guests, it's to learn about branding. We will start with an overview of the brand book, and then they can reference the brand book as they develop responses to guests. I can set up an approval in Sprinklr where I can approve comments before they go live.

Qualifications:

Current enrollment in a college or university with a major that aligns with the departmentKnowledge of Microsoft suite (Excel, Word, Office)Preferred GPA 3.0 or higherPrevious internship experience preferred
