Team and Role Introduction:
The Marketing Solutions (MS) team offers brand and sellers various solutions and tools, which give them the opportunity to boost and promote their products, within and outside the platform, with the goal to help grow and scale their business.One of the functions within MS is to act as a Marketing Solutions consultant, whose objective is to be a solutions expert and effectively educate and support the sales team that directly look after their store in Lazada.This role is generally responsible for developing programs as well as educating assigned stakeholders on marketing solutions from budgeting until execution, to improve their visibility and help grow seller/brand sales on Lazada.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Solution Expertise: Serve as the solution expert for the Lazada Sponsored Solutions suite and external media solutions, providing in-depth knowledge and support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Product Liaison: Liaise with the Regional Product Operations (PO) team for product updates, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, and cascading external communications to relevant parties.
- Operational Excellence: Standardize internal operational procedures to drive excellence and efficiency across all processes.
- Project Management: Independently manage projects, working closely with internal stakeholders across various departments including commercial and category teams, finance, operations, regional teams, and others.
- Insight Preparation: Prepare and share insights with upper management to support and optimize decision-making processes, leveraging data to provide actionable recommendations.
