Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop sales materials and customized client pitches using PowerPoint for opportunities in NBC Holiday Specials including the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade and Christmas in Rockefeller Center plus Late Night Programming including SNL & The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon.Support team in the execution of partnerships, including any show production needsTrack all partnership executions (on-air video clips, social posts, digital links, etc.) by continuously updating documents and communicating with internal teamsCreate comprehensive partnership recap and case study materials (i.e. decks, sizzles, one-sheets, QuickCaps) with Trade Marketing, featuring campaign elements, creative writing summaries and key research findingsParticipate in brainstorms and collaborate on designing innovative and compelling multi-platform brand programsManage communications with internal teams, such as Legal, Ad Ops and ResearchAdminister invoice process and work directly with Ad Sales Finance and Sales to manage client billing for show partnershipsCollaborate and keep team informed of competitive market, industry insights, ad sales marketplace trends and potential growth areasAssist in other general administrative support as requested, i.e. create meeting agendas, distribute meeting recap notes, prize fulfillment

Qualifications3+ years of experience with an agency, client or media company sales organization background OR Senior Level executive supportSkilled in PowerPoint and other MS Office programs – Outlook/ Word/ ExcelBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required

Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

Salary range: $65,000 - $70,000
