Marketing Specialist, Federal Health (Hybrid)
Our corporate Marketing team is looking for a Marketing Specialist to fuel our continued business growth with U.S. Federal Agencies within the health sector. Reporting to the Senior Director of Federal Civilian Marketing, you will help tell our story through engaging marketing campaigns, paid promotion, in-person events, and digital content from white papers to webinars.
We’re not a typical consulting firm, so we’re not looking for a typical Marketing Specialist. We’re looking for a team player who can not only execute a marketing strategy but also understands how to translate complex ideas and data into engaging campaigns.

This is a hybrid role based from our global headquarters, Reston, VA.
What You Will Do
Support cross-channel marketing campaigns that advance and deliver on our federal health business goals. Channels include both offline and online tactics, from digital ads to events.
Partner with marketers and subject-matter experts to create and execute integrated B2G marketing campaigns. Business teams involved may include brand, creative, content, digital, accounts, operations and more. You will track project schedules and ensure timely delivery of marketing activities.
Support the creation of marketing content (blog posts, white papers, case studies, webinars etc.), including translating complex concepts, data and analysis into digestible and engaging narratives.
Support the management of in-person and virtual events, at a strategic (i.e. messaging development, content creations, speaker/panelist selection) and a tactical level (i.e. staff coordination, event logistics, booth setup).
Support paid media campaigns, from paid social media to media sponsorships to digital advertising.
Help educate and encourage ICF employees to engage with social media to further extend the reach of our corporate marketing content and align our social presence to our broader industry campaigns.
Work with senior staff to prioritize conferences and industry awards to maximize ICF’s exposure in the marketplace.
Work with a public relations firm to help drive media coverage that elevates ICF’s brand and contributes to our market growth.
Maintain accuracy and accountability of budget, create and execute work back plans, evaluate results against goals, and deliver wrap-up reports.
Partner with the corporate communications team to drive synergies between marketing campaigns and corporate campaigns.
Support data analysis and reporting efforts associated with various marketing strategies and campaigns.
What You Will Bring With You
5 + years of experience in marketing, which must include working in B2G or B2B environments.
Experience working closely with content, communications, brand, and / or creative teams.
Experience planning and delivering integrated omni-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience with marketing technology stacks, including automation systems such as Marketo, Eloqua, etc., and / or digital advertising platforms such as Demandbase, LinkedIn Advertising, etc.
What We’d Like You To Bring With You
A Bachelor’s degree, in marketing, communications, event management or related field.
Knowledge of the U.S. federal market.
Experience planning and executing in-person and virtual events.
Experience with Account Based Marketing campaigns.
Experience in technology, product and solution marketing.
Experience with CRM system, such as Dynamics
Experience with web content management systems, such as Sitecore, and digital event tools, such as Go-to-Webinar.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.
The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:
$72,402.00 - $123,084.00Reston, VA (VA30)
