Marketing Specialist

**Job Purpose** **:**
The Marketing Specialist will assist in the development of the overall go to market strategy for the digital marketing group in support of CBTS/OnX initiatives. This role will have oversight and direct impact on our Value Creation Plan initiatives for the Indirect Channel sales as well as the Retail vertical focus.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Strategy - Digital Product Marketing (10%)
+ Develop and oversee digital product campaign execution Marketing Automation Tools (ie Salesforce, Hubspot,Trello, Smartsheets, Google docs)
+ Content Creation (ie White Papers, Case Studies) Vertical strategy approach (i.e. Security, Indirect Channel, Retail etc)
+ Influencers Marketing Campaigns Social media strategy
+ Demand Generation Activities as it relates to digital efforts. Work with cross-functional teams to build alignment on strategy and execution.
+ Research - voice of the customer, customer buyer journey mapping, data analytics, customer research, and data from strategic manufacturer partners and 3rd party industry sources.
+ Work closely with, Sales, Solution Design, and creative teams to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for strategic product lines.
+ Work closely with Industry technology partners for content development, investment and funding opportunities.
+ Strategy Execution (70%)
+ Oversee the execution of the above tactics working with cross functional teams.
+ Coordinate with Marketing and Support teams to execute tactics of tradition marketing plans, including: Webcasts and panels Client seminars, events and trade shows Solution social media Lead generation programs.
+ Analytics - ROI tracking and results of marketing activities.
+ Lead generation and lead routing to sales -- tracking of opportunities referred to sales and ensure reporting is completed to leadership.
+ Marketing Resource for Sales (20%)
+ Serve as a liaison between the Sales and Marketing teams for sales activities associated with specific product lines and events.
+ Create sales presentations and content for sales teams associated with specific product lines and vertical industries.
+ Assist Marketing team and sales leadership to realize our KPI goals.
**Education** :
+ Four years of College resulting in a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
**Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses:**
+ Ideally hold a marketing focused education or B2B experience
**Experience:**
+ 0-1 years' experience in a related field
+ Some experience creating digital marketing strategies and ongoing digital campaigns for practices preferably, out of a technology environment.
+ Experience creating content for content syndication (ie. White Papers, Case Studies, Infographics)
+ Experience supporting sales teams with sales enablement materials and training.
+ Experience developing target channels.
+ Experience with social media and automation tools.

+ Ability to execute on time-based projects without formal authority.
+ Ability to analyze data and intel to formulate strategic direction for product sales and marketing efforts.
+ Strong oral and written communication skills.

+ Knowledge of IT-related and telecommunications-related business processes and marketing trends.

**Supervisory Responsibility** **:**
This position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.
**Work Environment** **:**
+ The work is primarily performed in an office or remote environment.
+ This role must be based in Cincinnati, OH to perform the job duties.
