Axos Bank’s Commercial Division seeks a Segment Marketing Specialist to accelerate sales enablement efforts that drive success for our Commercial Banking teams.As the Segment Marketing Specialist, you will support the execution of targeted marketing strategies and plans that advance our business objectives. Reporting to the Segment Strategy Manager, this collaborative role works closely with business stakeholders, marketing partners, and cross-functional teams. You’ll ensure effective day-to-day marketing execution for the Axos Commercial Deposit business, including timely delivery and quality of marketing materials and campaigns, as well as performance tracking.
Responsibilities:
Overseeing campaigns and fulfilling requests from business partners to ensure seamless project execution.
Collaborating with key stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business strategy.
Coordinating the development of marketing materials, managing campaigns, and tracking performance metrics with support from the marketing shared services team.
Developing and managing relationships with external vendors and partners.
Analyzing market trends and client insights to shape and refine strategies, including lead generation and nurturing programs.
Measuring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and making data-driven improvements.
Reviewing deliverables from the shared services group to ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and compliance with messaging standards.
Researching and implementing best practices in lead generation, SEO, and campaign performance.
Evaluating processes to enhance marketing quality and streamline operations.
Gathering and analyzing data on market trends and campaign performance, producing comprehensive reports.
Serving as the marketing advocate within the business segment and representing the segment’s interests in marketing.
Coordinating content, messaging, design, and tracking across various channels, including paid media, email, social, SEO, print, and more.
Leading ad hoc projects and providing additional business or marketing support as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of marketing experience required
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with business executives
Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes
Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands and adapt to frequently changing priorities and deadlines
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio
Experience with Adobe Workfront a plus
Experience in developing and deploying account-based marketing strategies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)
