Marketing Specialist
Description We are in search of a Marketing Specialist to join our team based in Cheektowaga, New York. The role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. The successful candidate will also be responsible for monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity. Responsibilities: • Analyze historical sales data to identify trends and patterns that impact pricing and sales performance. • Create and manage advertising campaigns, including the use of Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales data to ensure accuracy and visibility across the organization. • Develop expertise in key product areas and support internal teams, customers, and suppliers. • Ensure budget processes are adhered to during campaign planning • Use software to create regular sales forecasts that will drive procurement and budgetary activities. • Collaborate with sales team to align marketing strategies and sales goals • Utilize strong computer skills to manage various tasks and projects • Maintain a high level of motivation and effective communication skills. Requirements Education & Experience: · BA or BS in Business or other relevant field of study o Alternatively, an Associate’s degree with 3+ years of experience o Considerable direct experience can be considered in lieu of a relevant degree · Minimum 1-2+ years of experience in product-focused Marketing or Sales · Experience in an aftermarket or OEM parts industry Required Skills & Abilities: · Excellent computer skills, including experience using business software (Microsoft Office, ERP systems, etc.) Heavy Microsoft Excel usage in this role. · Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers and on a cross-functional team in a business setting · A strong desire to learn · Effective verbal, writing, and presentation skills. · Dedication to superior customer service · Strong work ethic Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
