The Marketing Specialist is an established performer who works to facilitate and support General Marketing functions and projects by utilizing a strong knowledge of industry practices and standards. This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of various marketing activities. **Duties and Responsibilities of the Position:** + Develop marketing materials for various platforms. + Facilitate execution of customer requests to ensure delivery expectations are met. + Collaborate with managers to develop and execute projects. + Analyze market data and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. + Monitor the accuracy of all marketing materials. + Provide accurate and timely proofing, fact-checking, copywriting, editing, and formatting assistance during the creation of new product launch marketing materials. + Execute the implementation of merchandising programs for various initiatives, and collaborate with merchandising programs manager to systematically report on key metrics. + Assists with marketing campaigns as part of the strategic annual plan to expand market share and pursue aggressive growth targets. + Facilitate day-to-day marketing support for various teams. + Help manage and strategize the development of product sales tools and marketing campaigns to support product launches. + Develop training materials as needed for new initiatives as needed. + Work on projects and assignments as part of a large work team. + Perform accurate analyses, conduct research, and draw meaningful conclusions about potential job/work-area impacts. + Draw from prior experience, interpret facts, and identify incomplete data/anomalies to solve problems. + Use innovative solutions to enhance personal work and, where applicable, the work of the team. + Provide guidance and assistance to entry-level professionals. + Influence others within the job area through explanation of facts and policies to resolve routine issues. + Perform other duties as needed. **Required Experience and Education:** + Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred. + 2-4 years of job-related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience. + Good understanding of current and trending digital technologies. + Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Spark, and Premiere. **Competencies:** + Demonstrates strong knowledge of technical, process, and business principles as well as industry practices and standards. + Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. + Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. + High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. + Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite products. **Other Pertinent Job Information:** **_Disclaimer:_** _It is not designed to contain or be interpreted as a comprehensive inventory of all duties, responsibilities, and qualifications required of employees assigned to this job._ We offer competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package, career opportunities, and an environment of creativity and growth.
