The Marketing Specialist- Graphic Design role reports to the Office Manager, but whose day to day responsibilities will be to support one of our top Capital Markets Team in Century City. The Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting visual marketing material and service line needs, as well as supporting the emergence of a shared creative services unit capable of providing timely, consistent, and high-quality design work and templates. This position collaborates with the local and corporate Marketing teams to execute strategic vision of special projects and pitches/presentations as requested by fee-earners and broader Service Delivery teams. Lastly, there will be a growth trajectory into a brokerage role, which is further outlined below.Job Description

May be responsible for one or more of the following marketing functions:
Design and format marketing materials including property brochures, proposals, presentation boards, flyers, postcards, newsletters, and event invitationsDetermine size and arrangement of material and copy and select font style and size of type, according to company brand standardsFormat HTML graphics for email blasts (eg. MarketVolt)Review final layouts and suggest improvements as neededReviewing draft presentations with Senior Broker and/or Marketing teamFinalizing creative pitches and/or proposals for distributionCoordinate production of materials including gathering printing bids, packaging artwork and assembling final layouts for printers, preparing notes and instructions for printers and other vendorsFulfil mapping requests when mapping coordinator is out of officeCreate designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design conceptsDesign work for client deliverables, including offering memorandums, tour books, fliers, etc.Draw and print charts, graphs, illustrations, and other artwork, using computer programsDemonstrate a high level of creative development and production skillProduce creative collateral to support the business, ensuring alignment with company's brand positioning from concept to final product; utilize available creative programManaging creative requirements, expectations, and deadlines for all projectsSupport development of design strategies and ensure visual consistency for internal and external marketing projectsPrioritize total workload with brokerage team(as appropriate) and communicate to internal customers priority, progress, deadlines, and outstanding questions regularlyMonitor and enforce corporate design standards on all local marketing materials; executive oversight held at Marketing Manager levelCall /email listing brokers to receive information on listings and format surveysEssential Administrative Duties and Responsibilities:
Stay on top of emails, responding in a timely manner and prioritizing critical tasks.Manage brokers daily calendar, giving timely reminders for calls and meetings.Keep internal/external listing databases updated with inquiries, property details, and contacts.Assist with creating marketing content and meeting deadlines.Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, research, finance) and external clients as needed.Schedule property tours and client meetings, ensuring all logistics are well-coordinated.Conduct property research, surveys, and compile competitive sets.Manage online content updates for websites and social media on behalf of brokers.Maintain and populate listing databases with accurate property information.Collect and prepare client activity reports and deliverables.Expectation of Future Brokerage Responsibilities:
In addition to the day-to-day marketing activities, there will be an expectation that a candidate will have or will pursue a CA salesperson license for real estate. The hope is to grow a marketing coordinator into a hybrid brokerage role to show properties, interface with clients, prospect leads, and help build marketing lists. The brokerage aspect of the role is intended for a growth trajectory and specific responsibilities will be on a case-by-case basis (landlord vs occupier, industrial, office, hospitality, multifamily, etc.). An outgoing and enthusiastic personality is a must, and there is an expectation that this will be a client facing role suited for extroverted and outgoing personalities. Brokerage training will be provided by team and prior knowledge of real estate is preferred, but not required.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
