Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marketing strategies and tools, with the ability to create and implement effective campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement and conversions. Additional focus in graphic design targeting actionable communication to sales, customers and internal audiences. A targeted focus on Social Media including content creation and design. Responsible for execution, auditing and reporting results.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
Plan, organize and promote programs to create impactful sales results. Understanding customer needs, preferences and behaviors is key to accomplishing targeted marketing goals.
Graphic Design
Create visual content to communicate messages, ideas, or information that is aesthetically pleasing and functional. Utilize various mediums such as print, digital, and multimedia formats.
Digital Strategy Development
Design and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to the company website.
Content Creation
Develop engaging content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, Google and email marketing campaigns.
Social Media Management
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms, e.g. LinkedIn, Instagram, Google and internal platforms.
Email Marketing
Create and monitor email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting
Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics; provide reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
Collaboration
Work closely with cross-functional teams e.g., sales, procurement, human resources, operations and corporate team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies.
Stay Updated
Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in marketing, digital platform and technology.
