McNeilus Truck and Manufacturing is looking for an energetic Marketing Specialist to help drive awareness, excitement and preference to McNeilus products and technologies through impactful marketing efforts, communications, storytelling and brand alignment. This team member will work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales and Product Management teams and external partners to support the development and deployment of marketing campaigns and various marketing materials. Additionally, this role will also support company events such as tradeshows, sales meetings, industry engagements and other promotional efforts.
This influential role has the opportunity to showcase and bring to life the transformative technologies and products from McNeilus – building off our decades of experience serving refuse and recycling collection professionals. The successful candidate will embody strong character, kindness, creativity, positivity and curiosity.
This role is located at our Dodge Center, MN facility which is 20 minutes from Rochester, MN.
YOUR IMPACT:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Assist in the development of marketing campaigns promoting McNeilus products and technologies.Write and edit internal and external communication elements such as speaking notes, press releases, brochures, spec sheets, presentations etc.Assist in website content development, SEO and SEM campaign creation and execution, and long-term channel maximization strategies.Help organize and execute company and industry events ensuring overall excellence and engagement among stakeholders.Contribute to consumer and competitive research projects.Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of marketing efforts. Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Engineering, dealer reps, agency partners and other external partners to help achieve team and business strategies.Support multiple projects with competing and conflicting timelines and priorities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.Two (2) or more years of relevant experience.Ability to travel up to 15% of the time.STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong writing and editing skills.Graphic design experience.Video creation and editing experience.Strong project management and interpersonal skills.Proficiency using business software including Microsoft Office suite.WHY OSHKOSH?

Pay Range:
$56,600.00 - $88,400.00The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
