Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Specialist to lead and execute both digital and traditional marketing initiatives while collaborating closely with key stakeholders, including the client experience and business development leaders, executive team, and COO. This role focuses on driving brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth through strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis. The position reports directly to the COO and ensures alignment across marketing, sales, and leadership strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Coordination
+ Work with the COO and leadership team to develop annual and quarterly integrated marketing strategies.
+ Coordinate with client experience and business development leaders to align marketing efforts with customer retention and acquisition goals.
+ Create and manage comprehensive marketing plans and timelines for campaigns and projects.
+ Participate in leadership meetings to report on marketing progress, metrics, and insights, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Digital Marketing
+ Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.
+ Create and maintain a content calendar for blogs, social media, email communications, and other digital channels.
+ Analyze and report on digital campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
+ Collaborate with the team to provide direction on visual assets for digital campaigns.
+ Research and implement new digital marketing trends and tools to enhance reach, engagement, and lead generation.
Traditional Marketing
+ Plan and execute traditional marketing initiatives such as print advertising and collaborate with the client experience and business development team on event sponsorships.
+ Develop content for marketing collateral in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
+ Coordinate with vendors and printers for production of traditional marketing materials.
+ Manage relationships with industry associations and partners to enhance brand visibility through co-marketing opportunities.
Collaboration and Leadership Support
+ Act as the marketing liaison with the client experience and business development leaders, ensuring that marketing efforts support client journey goals and sales pipeline activities.
+ Communicate key initiatives and marketing updates to COO.
+ Support leadership in preparing marketing performance reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
+ Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistency in branding, messaging, and overall marketing objectives, including but not limited to the HR and Recruitment team.
Analytics and Reporting
+ Monitor and analyze the performance of digital and traditional marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on marketing metrics.
+ Prepare insights and recommendations for leadership based on data analysis and campaign outcomes.
+ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and keep the organization competitive.
Required Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
+ 3–5 years of experience in both traditional and digital marketing roles.
+ Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including SEO, social media, and email marketing tools.
+ Proficiency in traditional marketing methods such as print and event sponsorships.
+ Proficiency in analytics tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
+ Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content for diverse channels.
+ Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Experience in the professional services or consulting industry.
+ Certifications in marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.).
+ Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
