Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Specialist based in New Jersey. The role centers around developing and executing marketing strategies for our range of pharmaceutical products. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, market research, and commercial operations. Responsibilities: • Implementing integrated marketing plans to increase product awareness, adoption, and revenue growth. • Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on patient initiatives. • Managing the creation, organization, and submission of promotional materials, ensuring adherence to compliance standards. • Coordinating schedules and timelines for marketing activities and ensuring all project deadlines are met. • Overseeing the inventory and distribution of marketing materials to internal teams, external partners, and patient associations. • Providing logistical support for both digital and in-person marketing events, including budget tracking and vendor coordination. • Assisting in monitoring and tracking digital campaign performance metrics and preparing regular reports for the team. • Maintaining marketing databases, including tracking KPIs, campaign performance data, and content archives. • Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and timely delivery of marketing materials and updates. • Supporting budget tracking by monitoring expenses, processing invoices, and preparing regular updates. 02720-0013166029 Requirements • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role. • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. • Experience in creating and managing advertisements. • Demonstrable skills in enhancing brand awareness. • Understanding of budget processes in marketing. • Experience in campaign planning and execution. • Expertise in digital marketing strategies and tools. • Ability to coordinate events for promotional purposes. • Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns. • Proficiency in using HubSpot for marketing activities. • Experience in Salesforce Marketing is a plus. • Knowledge of Veeva Systems would be advantageous. • Familiarity with medical-regulatory affairs in marketing. • Experience in promoting events and marketing promotions. • Proven ability to report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). • Experience in monitoring and optimizing marketing budgets.
