Axos seeks a Segment Marketing Specialist to help accelerate funnel-filling efforts that benefit our Consumer Banking division.As the Marketing Specialist, you will be support the execution of marketing strategies and support plans that support our businesses and their goals. Reporting to the VP of Segment Strategy, this is a highly collaborative role that works closely with business stakeholders, marketing partners, and other stakeholders across multiple functions. This role is responsible for ensuring day-to-day marketing execution in support of the Axos Consumer Bank: that marketing materials and campaigns are delivered on time and at expected quality, and tracking performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
Project management in Workfront, which includes campaign oversight and fulfilling requests from business partners. Ensuring ongoing communication with business partners on project progress, updates, performance, etc.Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure our marketing efforts align with our overall business strategyWith the support of our marketing shared services team, oversee the development of marketing materials, manage campaigns and projects, and track performance metricsDevelop and manage relationships with external partners and vendorsAnalyze market trends and client insights to inform marketing strategiesDevelop and manage lead generation, brand awareness, and nurture programsMeasure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaignsStay up to date with industry trends and best practices – always striving to keep Axos marketing deliverables best-in-class while helping streamline operations, processes, and reportingReview deliverables, including content, design, and various other work generated by the Marketing shared services group to ensure brand, messaging, and audience, as well as accuracy, consistency, and complianceResearch ideas and best practices for lead generation, search engine optimization, and future marketing campaigns and collateral effectivenessImprove marketing quality results by evaluating processes and proposing changes as needed while also improving speed to marketGather and analyze market, marketing, and campaign data and translate it into compelling reportsServe as a business segment champion within Marketing, and the Marketing champion with the business(es)With internal partners and external vendors, coordinate the content, messaging, design, and tracking of marketing efforts in paid media, email, print, direct mail, broadcast, website, social, SEO, and other vital channelsConduct special projects and other business or marketing support as necessaryQualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field3+ years experience in marketing (client-side or agency), including project management or in custodial or advisor servicesStrong project management skills, experience with Workfront is helpful but not necessaryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with business executivesDemonstrated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects and complex processes who can also problem solveHighly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize work demands, and frequently changing priorities and deadlinesExperience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction StudioExperience developing and deploying account-based marketing strategiesEfficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio)Axos Employee Benefits May Include:
