The Marketing Specialist will assist the West Group Marketing Managers in needs for start up communities including market research, interest list nurturing and interest list building.  Assist the Marketing Managers for the West Group in initiating and coordinating direct marketing campaigns including eblasts as needed and as requested by local marketing or Group VP.  Assist the West Group Marketing Managers in working with community management to remedy problems concerning weekly traffic, target markets, demographics and community issues.  Assist the West Group Divisions with website updates as needed.  Work with Group VP of Marketing to review weekly reports (spec aging, CSDs, Sales & Traffic) to identify areas of opportunity within the West Group and its divisions.  Conduct market research as needed for problem communities including community visits and competition shops.  Compile and send out reports on eblast and interest list performance for the West Group.  Create, execute and maintain surveys on behalf of the west group for new and existing communities as needed.  Assist VP on group specific and corporate projects, campaigns, etc. as needed. 

Requirements include a bachelor's degree in marketing from a four-year college or university and a minimum of four years' related experience and/or training in related field.
