Job Responsibilities

 

Managing marketing automation tools (Pardot, SFDC): SFDC, Campaign, Lead, Email, Form (Guides will be provided) - Challenging task Seminar and webinar follow up task. I already finished the main setup for monthly one-day seminars and webinars. Follow up task One day seminar (April, May, June - monthly seminar): send seminar invitation (the content is ready. He/she can send it as it is after changing the seminar date) send a registration list to in charge of person. Webinar: Import leads to SFDC HQ campaigns and translation tasks. Usually email campaigns, translation brochure (we have local translation agency, he/she can use it) In April, Our APAC digital campaign agency will be changed with new agency. - Challenging task Communication with MGWW for digital campaigns and PPC. During changing period, he/she  support some request from new agency about digital campaigns which are running.  APAC marketing meetings and report preparations. Website management If there are some updates in website, he/she can localize it (can use translation agency) and adapt on the page in Umbraco. If there is some issue, HQ Tobias who is specialist for Umbraco can help her. Exhibition Invitation In May, there is main exhibition in Korea. I will prepare some main contents. but there could be some update.
