We are seeking an Onsite Marketing Specialist to join our team in High Point, NC! Key Responsibilities: + Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and increase market share. + Lead and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms to enhance engagement, generate leads, and boost sales. + Analyze performance metrics, leveraging data-driven insights to refine marketing efforts and achieve business goals. + Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI while maintaining cost efficiency. + Partner with product management teams to design and introduce impactful marketing strategies for product launches. + Oversee and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering creativity and a results-driven approach. + Fulfill day-to-day responsibilities such as social media content planning, email marketing, website updates, and Google Ads management. + Maintain brand presence by targeting 15+ Facebook groups, sourcing and applying to new groups, and managing LinkedIn content sharing. + Regularly review and refresh website content (e.g., events, images) and ensure optimal site functionality, including Wix and WordPress platforms. + Identify, negotiate, and acquire contact databases to expand marketing outreach. + Report on marketing milestones and successes quarterly and annually while identifying areas for adjustment. Requirements Qualifications and Requirements: + 2+ years of experience in marketing related role. + Proven success in a senior marketing role, ideally within the hospitality industry. + Expertise in digital marketing tactics such as SEO, PPC, and Google Ads. + Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data meaningfully and translate into actionable strategies. + Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and content management systems such as WordPress (Preferred but not mandatory). + Exceptional leadership capabilities with experience managing creative teams to realize marketing potential. + Knowledge of LinkedIn sharing practices, database marketing, and website management is a plus.
