The Marketing Specialist Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) is responsible for building and executing patient marketing content and communication plans aligned to strategy to build awareness, consideration and request for Immunology brands across the portfolio. This marketer will support campaign development for both dermatology and rheumatology assets, including social and digital assets, help manage budget and support brand team on major projects.

 

Supports DTC marketing lead(s) in development of patient insight, value proposition, claims, creative campaigns, integrated communication plans and measurement for DTC initiativesExecutes core campaign materials for traditional and emerging channels including Digital Display and SocialIndividual will work closely with advertising and media planning agencyEffectively lead projects through Review Committee (RC) process to achieve superior results that drive the businessManage monthly budget updates and accruals Consistently delivers on project requirements and strives for flawless executionOperates at the highest level of UCB compliance and professional standards.  Compliance is a part of how we operate within UCB.  Adherence to compliant behavior is an expectation at UCB and demonstrated by embracing ethical decision-making practices and guidelines in all aspects of our organization.Participates in other projects/duties as assigned

 

Interested? For this role we’re looking for the following education, experience and skills

BS/BA degree required; MBA preferredNo previous marketing experience required; 2 years other relevant commercial biopharma experience requiredDemonstrated success in project and vendor management and budget managementPrior experience working with key internal stakeholders, such as marketing and sales teams, legal, market access, privacy, and compliance Prior experience working with AORs to deliver tactical plans on strategy, on time and on budget Solid speaking, writing, and budgeting skills. Ability to present to groups of all sizes, sometimes on short notice Ability to manage multiple priorities with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

*This position's reasonably anticipated base salary range is $121,000-$160,000 annually. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may also vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills and experience, among other
