Tetra Tech’s High Performance Buildings Division is actively seeking a Marketing Specialist. The successful candidate will be an integral member of a team developing our most critical pursuits. The Marketing Specialist must be able to prioritize, function effectively under multiple deadlines and time constraints, schedule workload and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you’ll be working with a team supporting our architects and engineers who design vertical facilities and infrastructure projects nationwide. Our clients include the US Department of Defense, international automotive manufacturers, major utility providers, and other state and commercial clients.
Additional Locations: Ann Arbor, MI / Detroit, MI / Huntsville, AL / Houston, TX / Seattle, WA Will consider other locations as well.
Your Contributions will Include:
Develop proposals for major commercial clients and federal agencies. Participate in capture and strategy planning meetings for customer contracts. Lead task order response development with compressed schedules. Conduct research for projects and personnel evaluation, win theme development and communication, resume writing and editing, and development of additional supporting content. Develop narratives, tables, and design layouts with graphics utilizing Adobe create suite software. Organize proposals, SOQ, presentations, and other marketing material in our SharePoint file library. Collaborate with client managers, project managers, and marketing management to support day-to-day business development efforts.Required Qualifications:
Candidate must have a minimum of 4+ years of graphic design work experience. Must be proficient in the utilization of Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, and Microsoft Office. Must provide an example of a graphic design project you have completed. A valid driver’s license and accompanying safe driving record. Must be U.S. citizen.Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree preferred. Familiarity with developing federal SF330s proposals. Certified Professional Services Marketer, Association for Proposal Management Professionals, and / or American Institute of Graphic Arts certifications are a plus.This role can be performed from a wide range of locations throughout the US. The pay range for this position is between $65,000 - $85,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on primary work location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and internal parity.
