The Marketing Specialist I – NCC assists in planning and executing marketing campaigns, programs, and events. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day development of work and ensuring marketing deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and meet stated business objectives. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** 1. Schedule and attend team and/or stakeholder meetings as determined appropriate by the Marketing Manager or other leaders. 2. Assist in the preparation of Campaign Briefs and schedule meetings as needed for those campaign activities. 3. Coordinate the communication and all logistics throughout event planning process and maintain shared event calendar. 4. Prepare event deliverables and/or other estimates for stakeholder approval. 5. Review event budget and ensure accuracy in obtaining estimates against actual spend. 6. Collaborate with Content Marketing and Customer Success Teams to develop brand or marketing deliverables and review all work prior to final approval for accuracy and consistency. 7. Review all work from the Creative Team prior to stakeholder approval for grammatical, technical, and visual accuracy, as well as overall brand consistency. 8. Assist with the production of necessary social, content, or web updates pertaining to Customer Success or Performance Marketing needs. 9. Evaluate results of Campaign Brief with Performance Marketing Team and other stakeholders as necessary. 10. Assist in creating event debrief surveys, scheduling debrief meetings, and preparing research for stakeholders as necessary. 11. Assist Marketing Team in compiling information, secondary research, and/or other assigned projects and campaigns. 12. Ensure marketing technology is leveraged appropriately to maintain efficiencies and deliver quality work. Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 **EDUCATION** : Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (Marketing or Advertising preferred). **EXPERIENCE** : 1. 0-3 years marketing experience. 2. Marketing technology experience required. (Salesforce and Pardot experience preferred.) 3. Event planning experience. **COMPETENCIES – SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:** 1. Excellent project management and organizational abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality results. 2. High level of verbal, presentation and written communication skills required. 3. Strategic experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. 4. Ability to prioritize and perform a variety of tasks in high pressure environment. 5. Wide degree of creativity. 6. Ability to handle a high volume of projects. 7. People leadership and decision-making skills. 8. Excellent customer service skills. 9. Strong problem-solving skills. 10.
