Position DescriptionThe Marketing Specialist II will play a key role in executing strategic marketing initiatives that support Modine's data center cooling solutions. This role includes content development, campaign execution, event coordination, and digital marketing efforts to enhance brand recognition and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns to support product awareness and engagement. Create, manage, and optimize content for multiple marketing channels including website, social media, and email campaigns. Coordinate trade shows, webinars, and industry events, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales goals. Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing materials that align with customer needs. Analyze marketing performance metrics and report insights to improve strategies. Assist in the development of blogs, editorials, and case studies with technical leaders. Required Education & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B marketing and/or industrial or HVAC-related industries. Strong content creation skills, including writing and editing for various marketing channels. Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (i.e., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar). Demonstrated ability to take initiative and drive projects/tasks forward. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and external partners. Ability to think outside the box, generate fresh ideas, and approach challenges with innovative solutions. A passion for bringing new concepts to life and a willingness to experiment with new strategies.
