Assists with the planning, organizing, and execution of promotional activities and advertisements, both internally and externally, to attract & retain guest loyalty.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes, and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs. Responsible for ensuring the compliance with all regulatory compliance within area of responsibility and reporting potential issues to management. Assist in the development and maintenance of player tracking information in the casino management system. Coordinate marketing support services to include advertising, public relations, and internal departments. Coordinates, organizes, and executes approved property promotions. Monitors calendar for promotions at the property following the strategy of the promotions department. Communicates current and upcoming promotional efforts for the guests, team members, and regulatory agencies. Monitors and responds to online reviews/reputation management for the property within established guidelines. Coordinate and track, as needed, groups responding to special and VIP party events. Dress in appropriate uniform/attire based upon event/venue, occasionally a costume may be used. Develops good working relationships and maintains effective communication with other departments to secure and maintain their cooperation for assistance with promotions and events.Other duties as assigned. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or Equivalency. Marketing knowledge and/or prior Guest Service experience preferred.LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Fluent English language skills, both verbal and in writingMATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Basic math skills, ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Ability to obtain the appropriate work authorization per local, state, federal, and gaming regulations.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and in accordance with state, federal, and/or company mandates. This program is intended to provide the student with approximately 12 weeks of marketing related experience. The actual duration of the program may differ for various reasons.
