Marketing Specialist - Strategy

Summary:

The Marketing Specialist, Strategy will play a key role in supporting the planning, facilitation, and execution of strategies for servicing of mortgage loans. This individual will be responsible for ensuring quality, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging analytics to optimize campaign performance. Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing projects from intake to completion while collaborating with internal team members.

Work closely with the internal creative agency to create, coordinate, and update marketing collateral across various channels, ensuring alignment with retention and branding goals.

Act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and business partners to ensure clear communication of campaign updates and instructions related to customer retention efforts.

Use campaign data and analytics to identify trends and insights, preparing detailed reports for management.

Communicate findings and actionable recommendations to senior management to help drive improvements and inform strategic decision-making.

Provide support on other tasks and ad hoc duties as needed to meet team objectives.

Maintain regular and punctual attendance.

Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey campaign updates, insights, and recommendations.

Strong organizational and project management skills, with a keen eye for detail and quality.

Education and/or Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred and 1-2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
