Job Description

Position Purpose :

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role involves managing creative materials, executing digital marketing initiatives, and optimizing marketing funnels to support sales and business growth for CHEP Turkey

Qualifications& Experience :

Bachelor degree, master degree in Marketing would be an asset. 2 years plus B2B marketing experience with an identified track record in developing and executing marketing programmesWide experience in working with digital marketing initiatives and tools including social media campaigns and SEOContent creation and copywriting expertise will be desirableExpert in executing marketing tactics like events & exhibition, sales campaigns, internal and external communication rollout + drive external brand buildingExtensive experience in working in direct customer contactUnderstand the complexities involved in working in a matrix organisation and with various stakeholders within the organisationRobust experience in working with suppliers and agenciesSupply Chain management and sales experience would be advantageous

Skills and Knowledge :

Experience of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc)Excellent Interpersonal skills and cultural awarenessAble to manage ambiguityCreative and analytical thinking and skillsConfident – ability to formulate own opinion and present confidentlySelf-starter and team playerStrong business acumen and good financial understandingAbility to retain professionalism and performance whilst working under pressure
