Marketing - Sr. Director/Director, Influencer

THE TEAM

The mission of the Influencer Department is to partner with influential individuals to increase brand awareness, build brand affinity, create elevated assets, and foster a community of lifelong advocates who embrace Everyday Luxury.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing and our Influencer team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to lead the team responsible for managing a world-class Influencer program that drives brand awareness and affinity. You will lead and optimize the Influencer strategy as well as manage the identification, relationship, and gifting of Aritzia Influencers to ensure we maximize the value of each activation. THE ROLE

As the Director, Influencer, you will lead the team to:

Define the strategic approach for our Influencer channelEstablish the strategic approach for individual activationsDetermine and select the network of Influencers we want to work withEstablish relationships and build our Influencer networkIntentionally allocate the right product to the right InfluencerProduce elevated, authentic, and consistent assetsSeamlessly manage and measure our Influencer programs and activationsWork with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Director, Influencer has:

Proven and best-in-class skills, applicable certifications, education and/or experience in Influencer Marketing, preferably within the fashion/retail landscapeA commitment to learn, apply, champion and enrich Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principlesThe skills to collaborate strategically with cross-functional partners in the pursuit of shared business outcomesThe ability to set clear objectives and design a strategy that inspires the teamA dedication to quality and investing in results and new business opportunities that add valueA deep understanding and commitment for the industry in which we operate

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $150,000-$250,000 USD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
