Marketing Strategist - Denmark

Would you like a marketing role with Nordic responsibility? A role that ranges widely from strategic marketing to digital campaigns to international projects?

Sedgwick's business areas range widely, from insurance topics within construction damage to legislative changes within work-related injuries. Leading marketing in the Nordics, you will work across the business and make a big impact to build the brand and drive growth. In close collaboration with the Nordic management team, you will bring Marketing into strategic discussions and support the business goals.

Help us make Sedgwick visible

You will plenty of variety day-to-day, managing everything from PR, digital marketing, events, webinars and internal as well as external communication. More precisely, your tasks cover:

Implementation of the Nordic & International marketing strategy, leveraging client insightsConduct market analysis to understand how to define new and reshape existing Nordic and global products to be more client-centricDrive leads for the business using digital marketing campaignsDefine a content plan to build brand awareness across different channelsOrganize and hold events and webinars in the Nordic region

You will help us strengthen internal and external communication in the Nordic region and adapt creative and copywriting to the local Nordic audience – you will also help us implement the global rebrand in the Nordics, while managing an employee in Denmark.

The company works together to grow and problem solve, using Marketing as an important lever to drive the business forward.

Are you curious about consumer insights?

We are looking for someone who is confident navigating a matrix organization, and with the vision to define and implement the marketing strategy across countries, which is why we would like to see you bring the following:

Solid experience in developing marketing strategies5+ years of experience with some foundation in B2B marketing (B2C experience also welcome)Experience with digital marketing, event management and internal communicationsGood oral and written communication skills, including presentation skillsFluent in both Danish and English – and preferably in the other Nordic languages

You are comfortable being part of an international organization where you collaborate across borders – both internationally, Nordic and locally. You are creative and able to see opportunities where these can sometimes be experienced as obstacles.
