Marketing Strategy and Analytics Specialist (Hybrid)

Our Marketing Analytics & Operations team is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Strategy and Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic Corporate Marketing group as we work to create and execute highly compelling and integrated marketing campaigns that share how we are improving the lives of millions of people in the U.S. and around the world.   

You will play a critical role in developing and executing fact-based reporting and analysis on our marketing campaigns in a way that improves decision making and optimizes our efforts across the marketing department. Key to the role is possessing a strong analytical background and the ability to interpret, utilize and express data to drive marketing campaign strategy and execution. 

This is a hybrid role, based from our corporate headquarters in Reston, VA. 

What You Will Do

Prepare and present detailed performance reports with actionable insights to marketing leaders, business partners and other stakeholders, highlighting key findings and trends. 

Collect, process, and analyze marketing data from various campaign channels including the web, social media, email marketing, CRM systems and more. 

Generate actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies. 

Support conversion optimization strategies with the aim of improving digital marketing efficiency and increasing ROI.

Benchmark performance across marketing channels and advise on goals and KPS based on performance analysis.  

Analyze audience behaviors, conversion data, customer journeys, funnel analysis and multi-channel attribution.  

Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing data validation and cleansing procedures.

Collaborate with cross-functional marketing strategy and demand generation teams to understand data needs and provide relevant analytical support. 

Evaluate the effectiveness of industry and Account Based Marketing (ABM) marketing campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement. 

Teach us something new! Identify opportunities to try innovative methodologies to improve and streamline the analytics process.

Conduct A/B testing and other experimental designs to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives. 

What You Will Bring With You

Bachelor’s degree.

2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, such as demand generation and marketing funnel performance. 

Analytical and data visualization skills, and experience building quantitative reporting, identifying new trends, and articulating actionable insights. 

Experience working in a cross functional organization supporting various business areas.

Experience with MS365, specifically Excel and PowerPoint. 

What We’d Like You To Bring With You

Experience with PowerBI.

Experience with Dynamics and Marketo. 

Experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.  

Professional Skills

Track record of successfully analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to drive business decisions.

Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new marketing technology platforms and understand data relationships. 

Strong communications skills, the ability to manage stakeholder communications, and share insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. 

Strong project management and time management skills and an ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously.

The ability to deal with uncertainty, complex situations, and tight deadlines.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$54,397.00 - $92,475.00
